BiglyBT beta version 3.9.0.1 B01 supports UDP trackers now

Nice. I kept Bigly in the loop as we worked on the proposal earlier this year, but I didn't know he was working on it.

I'm pretty sure you'll need the new version of the I2P plugin also, which I see in github but I don't think is live yet. I'll try to find out what the schedule is.

I heard back from Bigly, he does have it working but does not have retransmission implemented yet. Without it, he reports that the success rate is pretty low. So there's some things to be investigated, I gave him some ideas, but also he's probably going to have to go back and do some more coding.

Probably wouldn't hurt to have some other people testing it too.
