Information on what the jwebcache does is a bit hard to find.
What is it? Why should I use it?
Is it this? http://gnucleus.sourceforge.net/gwebcache/newgwc.html

A WebCache is a bootstrap mechanism for P2P programs using the Gnutella network. I'm guessing the JWebCache which is available as a plugin is intended for I2Phex.

I don't remember if GWebCaches learn about each other automatically. I think you would have to run it AND advertise it to the I2Phex devs so they can include it in their defaults list.

JWebcache is a plugin that helps I2Phex clients find each other, like a bootstrap helper or a bittorrent tracker.

I don't know how active the I2Phex network is, or whether other JWebacache servers are still up and running.

As I2PPhex does not work anymore with recent I2p builds, it is rather useless.
