HELP!!Why i can not reseed from reseed URLs?

My version 0.9.30 cannot reseed from reseed URLs,but it works on version 0.9.41.What's the reason??Who can help me?

just use the latest version, 0.9.30 is rather old and should not be used.
Beside that, there is no reason reseed should not work, except too much retries and automatic lock out do to exsesive retries.
And as reseed works for one of your routers, just copy over the netdb folder from working router to non working router. All done.
