a router hash was invalid and banned from your router.
Happens from time to time, nothing serious.

AAAA... is base 64 for all zeros. A while back we had some buggy routers out there that weren't initialized and sent an all zero router hash. The easiest way to prevent them from connecting and causing more trouble was just to "permanently ban" them. Nothing to worry about.
