Can't seem to join ICRs inspite of configuration settings.
Any step-step guide to help?

Hi

Start I2P, wait until it has connections and shows green stars in router console.
Start your IRC client.
Connect to the IRC server 127.0.0.1 port 6668 with your IRC client (NO SOCKS, no proxy, just use that localhost IP:port as server address).
Join a IRC channel like #i2p-chat
And now you are online in IRC2p.
