Plugin Update URL Modification

I propose the ability to edit a plugin's update URL post-installation.
why?
If you really have to, you can edit the file (linux non-service install location) ~/.i2p/plugins/(plugin-name)/plugin.config
or,
if there's some update out there you can't get to with an automated update, just install the update manually by putting the URL into the form on /configplugins or downloading it yourself and installing on that same page
