Linux Debian.
Today I've updated from 0.9.33 to 0.9.34 and now the router uses /home/user/.i2p folder to keep everything instead of /var/lib/i2p/ - how to configure it to use the old folder?

the default did not change, it depends on as which user you do run I2P.
The folder /var/lib/i2p is default if you run as service in background.
If you run I2P as a user, it is ~/.i2p/

Check as which user you do run I2P.
