The only libre way to torrent on android over I2P at the moment is to use termux & a container.

pkg install udocker
udocker run --name=i2p --pull=reuse --rm geti2p/i2p
There is also a proprietary client called tixati, which works with I2PD.
You could block all outgoing connections to the app & have it communicate only on localhost to I2PD.
