Frequently experiencing issues with I2P. is anybody else experiencing this?

Hey, I can't be the only one experiencing this...
I'm having a lot of trouble trying to connect to various eepsites here.
at first, I thought it was an issue with the servers themselves but as I tried going to more site. I noticed that this issue is everywhere!
I keep getting "Host is down" errors from I2Pd 2.57.0 and I have to refresh the page until I can get it working...
Torrenting is fine though. I only get the usual issues from BitTorrent since "waiting on SAM from Acceptor Bridge" isn't a network issue.
Is this another attack on the I2P Network?
