What is the current state of the i2p? Can the current community's leader post a top post talk about it.

Not a dev, just a long time user

ZZZ left, IDK is the new lead dev. Releases are still being created.

Notbob now replaces stats, this website replaces zzz.i2p

Its a bit...deadish compared to ZZZ, which is a little sad, that forum was nice, I miss it

IRC is still fairly active

Projects still use I2P as a secondary to Tor, most noticeably Monero.

Not much outside of that

Thank you for your reply and hopefully the i2p project and team will go from strength to strength. Thanks to zzzz and the new team.

I heard some rumors about zzz returning back. Anyone else heard those?
