Android (does not download files)

use Android client OS (0.9.35) + lightning. Network: OK. I can not download files to read e-books. They are not downloadable. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not really sure what the issue could be. Have you tried downloading the same file on a desktop system to confirm that it works?
