i2pproject.net, i2p-projekt.de, geti2p.net do run all from the same server and are just different DNS.
They should not differ in any way except the DNS name.
In fact, if you try a https://i2pproject.net connection. this error should appear:

This server could not prove that it is i2pproject.net; its security certificate is from www.geti2p.net. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.
