When I tried to create a new I2P GitLab account for myself, I got this message:

422: The change you requested was rejected

Make sure you have access to the thing you tried to change.

Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is a mistake.

I also don't see an administrator address that you could contact.

I think you should wait for some days (until march 16th), because they are migrating from gitlab to gitea. (more info: viewtopic.php?t=1312)
