two advise to i2p android version

Hi i2p android developer,

I have 2 advise to android version of i2p:

1. Reconnect when wifi or ip changed.
2. Need a web control panel like i2p windows version.

If any ideas, we can discuss it.

If you install Termux, then you can run the full Java I2P software.

Though, in my case on Android I run i2pd as it uses less memory and handles IP changes with ease.

I just use Invizible Pro's i2pd feature on my phone. It has a tab that lists the connections made or attempted.
