Add attachment results in error

Hello!

Trying to prepare an email with pdf file attachment.
Left side:
Add Attachment: <Browse...> file from disk successfully selected.
Right side:
<Add Attachment> leads to red error line on top.

"Error reading uploaded file C:\Program Files\..."

If you can find related errors in the console log, that would help. Also, what is the size of the PDF file? I believe we have a max size enforced in the code.
