Build the latest version of i2pd on OpenBSD -stable

If you want to install the latest version of i2pd (currently 2.48.0) on OpenBSD -stable branch, here's a patch you can use:
https://codeberg.org/systemfailure.net/openbsd_stable_i2pd_patch
It is basically backported from OpenBSD -current
