I could run forum on my server running high speed node so it would not it be problem.
Issue comes from point of this:
1. zzz was running the forum and database.
2. If zzz was going to allow other person to run on another server it would require someone trusted (otherwise database could be used in wrong way)

Though best way would be to make read only forum display with froward people to this forum.
Let me know what you think?
