Reaching a outproxy?
Start I2P, configure your browser to use localhost port 4444 as http proxy and go.

I mean great a outproxy service, eg. "false.i2p".

He wants to create outproxy service of i2p in a server like VPS.And he does not mean configure local proxy setting.

As approved at our meeting on Tuesday, exit.stormycloud.i2p is now our official and recommended outproxy, replacing the oh-so-dead false.i2p.
We suggest you change your configuration at
http://127.0.0.1:7657/i2ptunnel/edit?tunnel=0 (two places, Outproxies and SSL Outproxies.
New installs will get the new configuration (after our next release) but updates will not change your configuration.
