After the release of 0.9.35 the new protocol NTCP2 was included into I2P head and set disabled by default. If you want to enable it (careful, you look out of all the other I2P routers currently), you need to fetch latest mtn built and set the line "i2np.ntcp2.enable=true" in your advanced config.
The I2P dev routers do already run with NTCP2 enabled, so you may test it in live net already.
Look out for the version column on the peers page: http://127.0.0.1:7657/peers in the NTCP section, if a 2 is noted, its the brand new NTCP2
To see your local router NTCP2 advertisements, go to http://127.0.0.1:7657/netdb?r=. and check for "i" "s" and "v" values in the NTCP address.
Also latest chenages to EdDSA was pushed into mtn head version 0.9.35-3 - it includes 1.5 years of changes from github project and includes constant time deatures. It will slow down hashing slightly, but offers better security.
