NTCP2

A team has been formed to push this proposal to completion!
By the end of April the goal is to have a solid spec. By the end of May, we will begin testing trial implementations.
The Noise Protocol Framework (http://noiseprotocol.org/) will be one of our many references and used as guidance for several of our decisions. Follow along on our website where the proposal will be updated - https://geti2p.net/spec/proposals/111-ntcp-2 or on irc #ntcp2. Thank you to the entire I2P community for your continued participation and support!
