the reseed url may be blocked somehow, i need to reseed manually on android i2p,but i can't find the button

Just use a VPN while reseeding, and turn it off after finished

you do not need to reseed manually, the i2p router should reseed automaticly if needed.

I've had two times where I've had to reinstall i2p android due to it having 0 known peers. It was unable to re-seed itself. Thankfully, a reinstall fixed the issue both times.
