Re: nodes.dat file?
Hi as long as I2P runs and iMule runs, showing active users and results, all is fine. In my times of iMule usage, the search function found few results in first 30 sec and more after some time. But as iMule does not run anymore on my system and the dev of iMule is gone, I cannot check anymore. echelon

Re: nodes.dat file?
Hi
it runs, great.
It shows 80 known users, this means: at least 80 users do use it, it also maybe 300 or 1000.
You will never see all active users.

The robert dev is gone for that time, to.

Re: ICR on i2P
Hi Start I2P, wait until it has connections and shows green stars in router console. Start your IRC client. Connect to the IRC server 127.0.0.1 port 6668 with your IRC client (NO SOCKS, no proxy, just use that localhost IP:port as server address). Join a IRC channel like #i2p-chat And now you are on...

Re: Connection problems, Reseed failed.
Hi not always incoming connections get through, even if firewall is disabled. I2P publishes the IP address as noted and other nodes trying to reach yours on that IP:port. If your node does not get any incoming connections, it shows firewalled. A log of reasons may happen, wrong IP, errors on ISP, ro...

Re: Android inherent tunnel disadvantage
Hi Yes and no. I2P is self regulatoring. It takes known peers, try to connect to them, and if reachable, rate them based on speed, capacity and free connections. Best ones are used for tunnel building. if you know only overloaded nodes and 4 nodes with no load, but only 50 kb/sec traffic, those 4 no...

Re: Connection problems, Reseed failed.
Hi!
You can/should open the port of the I2P transport it shows you in network config page on router console for TCP/UDP incoming.
I2P works without, but works better with that open port.
