[WIP] [Call for test] Fedora and CentOS packages

Our Fedora and CentOS users may want to install I2P with a package manager. Currently I2P is not included to official repositories, but I've set up a community repo at COPR . To use it in Fedora, use the following commands: dnf copr enable supervillain/I2P dnf install i2p -y systemctl enable --now i...

Development notes: NTCP2 implementation details

Orignal wrote a great article in Russian about implementing I2P's new transport protocol NTCP2 for i2pd.

Now there is an English version of that article at our blog! See geti2p.net or i2p-projekt.i2p.

Massive I2P router family deployment

If you have many remote hosts and wish to run a big I2P family, you may want to automate the process of it's deployment and maintenance. I've created family-manager tool for that purpose, a basic bash script for your local (Linux) PC which supports Debian/Ubuntu as remote hosts. It allows you to gen...

Configuring a Router Family: A proper way of running multiple I2P nodes

What is a router family? A good way of contributing to I2P network is to run multiple high-capacity routers 24/7. If you wish to do that responsibly, you may want to setup your own router family. That is just a way to publicly identify all routers run by a single individual (or organisation). Other...

Re: Does the router need a page for new users?

IMO there is too much text displayed to new users, literally a wall of text right when you open I2P console the first time. Maybe reductionist approach will be more effective? Like, the less is the better. Thou most of I2P users right now are "power users", they might even enjoy tweaking d...

Re: Can't post an article with many URLs

Now it's fine, thanks.

Also, this article has images, but they could leak IP when forum is viewed in I2P. Maybe forum could have internal image hosting for GUI tutorials and screenshots?

Can't post an article with many URLs

When I try to post my XMPP how-to it shows an error:

Your message contains too many URLs. The maximum number of URLs allowed is 10.

That is probably something related to anti-spam. If that could be fixed, I'd repost a full article here.
