Hello!

The following scenario:
You have snark running for a while with active uploads and downloads.
Normally you end the session by shutting down i2p router console (gracefully).

But if your computer hangs up for some reason or you do not perform a shutdown for some other reason the following happens:
The differential addition to the ul and dl totals are lost.

This is not a major bug but an annoyance.

yeah I suppose we could write out the new values once a day or something

I think you should add that, and you should make the interval configurable.
For example, in qBittorrent, this is the case, and you can set any time interval for writing the resume data (anywhere from 1 minute to many minutes).
